The University of Toledo has partnered with Rent College Pads, Inc. to assist students, faculty, and staff with their search for off-campus housing in Toledo through our virtual Off-Campus Housing Marketplace. This database provides you with the tools to compare the largest selection of off-campus housing, apartments, and rooms for rent near the University of Toledo.听

  • Find apartments and houses near campus from a large selection of listings and use filters to narrow down your search
  • Contact landlords by email or phone to start the process of scheduling a showing or applying for available units
  • Use your university email to find roommates to live with or to post a sublet that will only be seen if you're affiliated with 果冻传媒
  • Renter Education modules to help you navigate your housing search and find answers to common questions around understanding leases, things to look out for as a first time renter, having a pet and more
  • Make sure to utilize your on-campus resource, Student Legal Services. This resource is accessible to all students who have paid the Student Legal Services fee.听
