Description:ÌýÌýBioviscoelastic fluids and solids. Non-newtonian behavior of blood, synovial fluid, mucus, and protoplasm. Basic mechanical properties of collagen and elastin, bone, cartilage, muscles, blood vessels, and other living tissues. Application of continuum mechanics. Artificial implantable materials and design of prosthetic devices.ÌýÌý
