Open Organization Registration: Opens Monday, January 13 at 8am. Deadline is Sunday, April 13 at 11:59pm.

Annual Requirements for Active Status
- Training: Position-specific training must be taken by both the president and treasurer. Training covers policies, procedures, and an in-depth look at the Involvement Network online system.
- Service & Philanthropy Tracking due each semester (if applicable).Â
- Accepted president & treasurer terms and conditions (found under the Invonet Roster).Â
- Annual Report submission.
- submitted to the Office of Student Engagement Invonet forms.
- Invonet (re)registration by June 1st.
Online Registration Process (Within the Involvement Network)
During registration, you will provide the following information:
- Profile picture
- Profile: Organization name, summary/description, contact information, social media, meeting info, how members join
- Categories: Searchable by students
- Interests: Match individual students' selections to personalize site
- Departmental, local, or national affiliations (if applicable)
- Financial information (if applicable)
- Roster: List of current members and their positions. All student organizations must have at least 7 UT student members. All leadership positions, as well as the primary contact, must be currently-enrolled students. The roster must be updated annually. Each President and Treasurer must accept the terms and conditions of their positions within the roster before registration can be approved.
