GradGuard
The University of Toledo understands the importance of providing a convenient way to protect the investment you and your family have made in higher education.听 That is why we have teamed up with GradGuard to offer tuition insurance to our students and their families. Refunds
Credit card refunds may be issued back to the original credit card used for payment on the student account. Credit card refunds will never exceed the original credit card payment amount. Credits may show up on the account holder鈥檚 online credit card account within days, although the exact time frame will depend on the credit card issuer.

The University of Toledo issues all other refunds by E-Refund. E-refunds are designed to better serve the needs of our students.听 E-Refunds are offered through our service provider, TouchNet, and is integrated into myUT portal.

• Students have two options for receiving refunds:
  • Direct Deposit (ACH) to US bank account
  • Paper check mailed to the US address 果冻传媒 has on file
  • Create a refund profile today in myUT portal!听听
    • Student tab, My Toolkit, My Accounts, E-Refund and Profile Setup
  • For more information, visit the Treasurer's Student Refund website.
• Parent Plus loan borrowers refunds:
  • Have the option to setup a direct deposit (checking/savings) refund account as a parent plus loan borrower (this account is not the same as being an authorize user on a student account).
    
  • An email with instruction on how to setup a refund profile will be sent to eligible borrowers.

Rocket Payment Plan

• Rocket Payment Plan application fee and first payment are due at the time you enroll in the payment plan.听

Not Planning on Attending

• If you are not planning to attend this spring, drop your course(s) before the initial payment due date.

Update Personal Information

• Review/Update your personal information in (Student tab, Under My Toolkit):
  • Remember to update your local and permanent address, and cell phone number, My Other Resources
  • If you elect to provide your authorization for the Title IV Consent, My Accounts
  • Provide FERPA Consent, My Accounts

Students can quickly access and pay tuition bills through the . View payment options webpage for information on paying your tuition.

Late Payment Fee Assessment

• Late payment fee assessment will occur after the initial due date as follows:
  • January 8
  • February 6
  • March 6
  • April 7
• Any outstanding balance may be subject to a monthly late payment fee.听 This includes health insurance, legal services, and green fund fees that have not been waived.听
• Payments must be made by 5:00 p.m. to avoid a late payment fee.
• Please note that no late fee will be assessed on student accounts, for students who have applied for Federal Financial Aid (FAFSA) Title IV funds that fully cover institutional charges, and the University has received a valid response file, by the payment due date.

Drop for Non-Payment

• Tuesday, January 7 - spring 2025 and future term course(s) may be dropped for past due balance owed to 果冻传媒
• Tuesday, April 8 - summer 2025 and future term course(s) may be dropped for spring 2025 and prior term past due balance owed to 果冻传媒

• January 19 - 100% tuition refund ends
• January 26 - 80% tuition refund ends
• February 2 - 60% tuition refund ends
• February 9 - 40% tuition refund ends

Law 16-Week Semester - January 13 - May 9, 2025

• January 19 - 100% tuition refund ends听
• January 26 - 80% tuition refund ends
• February 2 - 60% tuition refund ends

MD Preclinical Electives - January 6 - May 16, 2025

To add, drop or withdraw from a course after the last day to add or drop via the posted听web dates, visit听Rocket Solution Central (RSC)听in Rocket Hall, Room 1200 to complete the registration adjustment with a course request form.听 Signatures are required to add a course once the class begins.

Additional deadlines exist that are applicable to specific programs.

Open Session (FLEX)

Drop and withdrawal dates are prorated for flexibly scheduled courses that do not meet during the standard start/stop dates of the term.
