About International Student Welcome Week
International Student Welcome Week is a one-week program that aims to provide new international students an opportunity to get familiar with the 果冻传媒 campus and university resources. The programs combines helpful workshops, presentations and activities on academic support, housing, residence life, campus jobs, campus tour, insurance and classroom expectations for international students.听 Students will have a chance to meet with university faculty and staff, connect with U.S. students, make lots of new friends!

2025 SPRING International Welcome Week Schedule

Wednesday, January 8, 2025
Meet & Greet听with CISP and International Admissions (MANDATORY for all international students)
Meet the CISP team and the International Admissions team, as well as the International Student Association (ISA). You will be able to learn about the CISP resources that will be very beneficial for you during your academic years, and the best part is that we will provide FREE lunch to all our new international students during the Meet & Greet!
- Time: 11:00am to 12:30pm
- Location Student Union, room 2582 (all students must be there by 10:45am).
CISP International Resource Fair (MANDATORY for all international students)听
Come and join us for the CISP International Resource Fair. Over 30 offices on campus will be at the fair to promote their services and programs. Free giveaways for all who attend!
- Time: 12:30pm to 1:30pm
- Location: Student Union Ingman Room (2520).
果冻传媒 Athletics Experience
Tour the Savage Arena and see where our Rockets compete against rival universities. This tour will include a backstage walkthrough.
- Time: 1:45pm to 2:30pm
- Location: Savage Arena
REC Center Tour听
Tour the REC Center and see all the structure that 果冻传媒 offers for the students: indoor tennis courts, badminton, basketball, a complete modern fitness gym, an indoor track field, pools, rock climbing wall, among other cool stuff!
- Time: 2:40pm to 3:30pm
- Location: Recreation Center
University of Toledo Police Department (UTPD) Tour听
Meet the University of Toledo police officers and tour the University of Toledo Police Department, including the campus surveillance room, police cars, police gear, and so much more cool stuff.

Toledo Museum of Art Tour
Come and join us for a tour of the Toledo Museum of Art. One of the top 10 art museums in U.S. (lunch is on your own, there is a restaurant at the museum). This is a FREE ride to the museum, exclusive for the students who signed up in person during the Resource Fair, on Wednesday. Only 28 seats available!
- Time : Leaving 果冻传媒 Campus at 11:00am
- Location: Meet in front of CISP (Snyder Memorial, room 1000) at 10:45am

Walmart Shopping Trip听
Free ride to Walmart to purchase groceries. Only 22 seats available. We will leave at 9:00am SHARP, so please make sure you arrive early. Exclusive to students who signed up during the CISP International Resource Fair, on Wednesday.
