Provides leadership and coordination to the University of Toledo's sustainability efforts and serves as a campus advocate around sustainability initiatives. Facilitates student involvement in sustainability initiatives, serves as an Advisor/mentor to sustainability related student clubs/organizations and collaborates between all constituents and appropriate offices. Provides recommendations instrumental to activities that directly influence operations, maintenance, construction, energy procurement, commissioning, energy demand management, and energy reporting.

As the Director of Facilities Operation, Jerry provides leadership and direction to the ¹û¶³´«Ã½ HSC Facilities team. He and his team provide 24/7 maintenance support and construction & renovation services to ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Health Science Campus and hospital facilities and infrastructure. He ensures that all ¹û¶³´«Ã½ facilities maintain compliance with Joint Commission Compliance (JCAHO) and other clinical and academic accreditation organizations.ÌýÌý

Provides leadership and oversight for UT's Supply change Management team across all campus locations, including the hospital. Supply Chain includes departments of Mail Services, Shipping and Receiving, Surplus Property, and Purchasing with areas of linen, inventory control and distribution/warehousing specific to the hospital. Responsible for identifying and participating in business process re-design efforts to gain efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction levels throughout the campuses. Ensures the team is delivering resultsÌýrelative to quality, service level, communication and financial objectives.

As a Director of Facilities Operations on Main Campus, Dan facilitates all technical and administrative aspects of maintenance operation. He and his team provide plant maintenance services and distribution systems along with construction and renovation services to the main campus of the University. The areas overseen include structural, electrical, and mechanical maintenance as well as grounds.Ìý

As the Director of Business Operations, Zach is the primary financial & business officer of Facilities & Construction and Supply Chain Management. Zach is responsible for leading and evaluating all phases of business and financial activities for the department. He provides strategies surrounding a broad range of operating, planning, capital project financing and procurement activities, as well as management of the University Fleet Operations.
