TheÌýIT Help Desk provides a central point of contact for students, patients, physicians, faculty, academic staff, medical staff, administrative staff and university administrators for questions, issue resolution, service requests and informational inquires for all university supported systems.
TheÌýIT Help DeskÌýprovides 24x7 phone support.Ìý During the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday through Friday any telephone call will be answered byÌýan IT Help DeskÌýrepresentative.Ìý
During all other hours,ÌýIT Help Desk representatives will answer calls in the order
that they are received.
