Research Interests:听My main focus has been looking at the transcriptional profile of patients with schizophrenia
and performing large scale data analysis. I am also developing software in which I
hope to help researchers find new and unique gene sets with the help of Gene Set Enrichment
analysis and Text mining for hypothesis driving experimentation.听

Ali Imami听(phd)听

Research Interests: In the Neuroscience domain, I am interested in understanding the pathogenesis of Schizophrenia
at the molecular level. In the Bioinformatics domain, I am interested in integrating
multi-omics data from "single"-ome data to generate network level insights. I am also
interested in developing applications to make it easier for biologists and the general
public to make sense of the deluge of data being generated on a daily basis in manageable
and meaningful way.
