Residency Application

All applications for the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency program must be transmitted via Electronic Application System (ERAS). To be a candidate, you must have graduated from an ACGME accredited medical school.

Applications will be reviewed upon receipt of the following information:

• ERAS Application
• Personal Statement
• Three Letters of Recommendation
• Dean’s Letter
• Medical School Transcripts
• USMLE and/or COMLEX Score Reports
• Photo (optional)

ERAS Signaling

We welcome, but do not require signaling and we do not use signaling as a criteria for evaluating applicants or in the ranking process.
