Spend money appropriately and responsibly. |
Facilities |
Choose space that is safe and accessible for all participants. |

Things we review to assess risk
- Alcohol

- Level of physical contact/activity
- Exchange of money
- Type of attendees: UT students, non-UT guests, minors, etc.
- Number of expected attendees
- Time of day
- Day of week
- Use of vendors
- Type of activity
- Event location
